          Service Resource Preferences

          Show support reps that you care about their well-being, both in and outside of work. Service Resource Preferences allow support reps to specify daily operating hours that they prefer to work. These preferences are considered when a team lead assigns shifts using the scheduling tools.

          • Preparing to Use Service Resource Preferences
            After you set up service resource preferences, your support reps can specify the days and times that they want to work. When your planners then assign support reps to shifts, the scheduling tools take each support rep’s preference into account.
          • Submit a Service Resource Preference
            Service resource preferences allow you, the support rep, to take ownership of your schedule. Submit a service resource preference that reflects the hours that you’d like to work. When planners schedule shifts, the scheduling tools consider your preferences.
