            This article applies to:

            • Service Cloud Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect
            1. Download the required flows from GitHub.
            2. Import the flows into your Amazon Connect instance.
            3. Update the required the Lambda functions in the different blocks of the contact flow. See Amazon Documentation.
