          You can also use metadata API to create a contact center.

          Required Editions

          This article applies to:

          • Salesforce Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect
          View supported editions.
          1. Generate the CallCenter metadata. An example is available in GitHub. You must add correct values for the AWS artifacts. Otherwise, the related functionality doesn’t work in Salesforce UI.
          2. Create a package.xml file. An example is available in GitHub.
          3. Create an archive zip containing the CallCenter metadata file, and a package.xml file.
          4. To upload the zip file for creating the contact center in Salesforce, use your preferred method to access Metadata API. See Metadata API Developer Guide.
