          Service Cloud Voice offers the new contactDataSync Lambda function that backfills transcripts. For customers who set up Service Cloud Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect by importing the contact center definition XML file, this function is available in the CloudFormation template that you get with the serverless app. See Identify Calls with Missing Transcripts Then Backfill Transcripts in Bulk for more information.

          Fixed these bugs: Voice call transcripts aren’t generated because Service Cloud Voice times out while trying to create the scrt-jwt-auth-private-key parameter. The VoiceMailPackaging Lambda function incorrectly marked some voicemails as new calls. Customers with encrypted S3 buckets encountered errors due to missing decrypt permissions.
