            Prepare cloudformation Template

            You must prepare the cloudformation template after creating the AWS resources.

            Required Editions

            This article applies to:

            • Service Cloud Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect (Voice manually integrated with your Amazon Connect instance by importing the contact center definition XML file)
            View supported editions.
            1. Example Cloudformation templates are available in Git. In the Cloudformation stack, replace the template URL with the correct object URL.

              Because you have created your own S3 bucket, hardcode the URL according to your S3 bucket. It is recommended to maintain version as in the example, TemplateURL: !Sub "https://<customerSpecifiedS3Bucket>.amazonaws.com/${SalesforceRelease}/EventRulesStack${Version}.yaml".

            2. Upload the Cloudformation stacks to the S3 bucket you have created.

              The BYOATenantStack and BYOAContactCenterStack cloudformation templates look for nested stacks in the S3 bucket you have specified. The lambda artifacts and its layers are fetched from the Salesforce hosted S3 bucket, that is, prod-byoa-scv-resources-<Aws Region for Contact Center>.
