Service Cloud Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect (Voice manually integrated
with your Amazon Connect instance by importing the contact center definition XML file)
If your Amazon Connect instance uses SAML 2.0 based authentication, you don’t have to create
an Amazon Connect instance. Otherwise, follow the instructions in Create an Amazon Connect instance to create an Amazon
Connect instance.
