          Disaster Recovery for Service Cloud Real Time

          Service Cloud Real Time hosted in Hyperforce doesn’t provide disaster recovery options because hyperforce is designed for High Availability (HA) with no outage.

          Required Editions

          This article applies to:

          • Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect
          • Service Cloud Voice with Partner Telephony
          • Service Cloud Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect
          View supported editions.

          No separate disaster recovery setup is required for Service Cloud Real Time. But if Service Cloud Real Time is unavailable due to an incident, Salesforce Core creates the voice calls. During the incident, only create voice call functionality is available. Other functionalities will not be available, including real-time transcripts, Omni-Channel flow routing, voicemail routing, PSR removals, CTR Sync functionality.
