No separate disaster recovery setup is required for Service Cloud Real Time. But if Service Cloud Real Time is unavailable due to an incident, Salesforce Core creates the voice calls. During the incident, only create voice call functionality is available. Other functionalities will not be available, including real-time transcripts, Omni-Channel flow routing, voicemail routing, PSR removals, CTR Sync functionality.
