You can create a contact center in your Salesforce org either from the UI by uploading the contact center definition file in XML format or by triggering the metadata API.

Required Editions

View supported editions.

Prepare Contact Center Definition File
To create a contact center, you must prepare an import.xml file.
Create Contact Center from Salesforce UI
To manually integrate Voice with your exsiting Amazon Connect instance, you must prepare the contact center definition XML file.
Create Contact Center with Metadata API
You can also use metadata API to create a contact center.
