To set up a custom name format in the connected app, add the required name format as the
value of the “https://aws.amazon.com/SAML/Attributes/RoleSessionName” custom
attribute. For example, add the value of the
“https://aws.amazon.com/SAML/Attributes/RoleSessionName” custom attribute
as $User.Alias & '@' & $User.Id & '@' & $Organization.Id. The
value added for this custom attribute is used as username for the contact center users in
Amazon Connect.
