To set up a third party identity provider, set the value of the
reqThirdPartyIDP attribute as true in the import.xml file. Then, in the
contact center details page, configure the third party identity provider from the Third Party
Identity Settings section as described in Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) with Your Own Identity
Provider.
To use a custom name format for contact center users, set up the custom name format in the Connected App as described in Set Up Custom Name Format for the User. In this case, the Connected App is not used for SAML assertion.
