          This article applies to:

          • Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect
          • Service Cloud Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect
          User Permissions Needed
To view the Amazon Contact Centers page: Customize Application AND Manage Call Centers
To run service checks: Contact Center Admin

Run service checks to verify the following:

          • Service Cloud Voice can authenticate all reps and supervisors in your contact center.
          • The tenant stack and contact center stack were deployed correctly.
          • Your IAM role, ProvisioningRole, exists, allowing Salesforce to create the contact center in your existing Amazon Connect instance. See Configure AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) Role for Voice.
          • The Contact Center was created successfully.
          • Set Up Health Check Stack to Run Self-Service Checks
To run the service check, the health check stack must be installed for your contact center. The health check stack contains the HealthCheckFunction Lambda, the HealthCheckRole, and the HealthCheckLambdaExecutionRole. The HealthCheckFunction Lambda checks the AWS account status and generates the report. The HealthCheckRole triggers the HealthCheckFunction Lambda. The HealthCheckLambdaExecutionRole runs the HealthCheckFunction Lambda.
          • Run Self-Service Checks to Resolve Contact Center Issues
Run self-service checks for a detailed diagnostic report about the health of your contact center.
