          Set Up Health Check Stack for Contact Centers Created Through XML Import

          Install the health check stack in your AWS account for contact centers manually created through XML import.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.

          This article applies to:

          • Service Cloud Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect (Voice manually integrated with your Amazon Connect instance by importing the contact center definition XML file)
          User Permissions Needed
          To view the Amazon Contact Centers page: Customize Application AND Manage Call Centers
          To run service checks: Contact Center Admin
          1. Install the BYOAHealthCheckStack.yaml in your AWS account from the GitHub repository.
          2. Retrieve the ARN of the HealthCheckRole created by the health check stack.
          3. Edit your contact center definition XML file.
          4. Add the reqSCVHealthCheckRole property in the reqHvcc section and set its value to the HealthCheckRole ARN. The reqSCVHealthCheckRole property must be in *-SCVHealthCheckRole format.
          5. Add the reqSCVHealthCheckLambdaArn property in the reqHvcc section and set its value to the HealthCheckLambda ARN.
          6. Import the updated XML file to your contact center.
          Note
          Note The health check stack version must be the same as the contact center version.

          In a multi-org setup, after installing the health check stack, add the value of the Health Check Lambda ARN for the reqSCVHealthCheckLambdaArn property within the reqHvcc section in the contact center XML file
