Telephony Usage Report The Telephony Usage report provides a breakdown of telephony usage and costs for each phone number per day. The report includes the usage and costs for the last 3 months for which the invoice is generated. This report isn’t available in the standard reports that you can customize and create for Salesforce Voice (formerly Service Cloud Voice).
