Most Voice telephony partners provide a managed package that contains the metadata to
connect Voice with the partner’s system. Download the package from AppExchange or ask your
telephony provider for the installation URL.
Most telephony partners provide a managed package that contains:
Connector in the form of a Visualforce page
Visualforce page name
Package’s namespace that is used to create a contact center
Telephony partners provide their own documentation for their managed package.
From Setup, enter Partner Telephony Setup in the Quick Find box,
then select Partner Telephony Setup.
Click Go to AppExchange.
The AppExchange opens in another browser tab.
Search for your telephony partner’s package and follow its installation instructions.
After you install the managed package, check that all of the components were installed.
Ask your telephony provider for instructions to verify that the components were installed
properly.
