Install Managed Package for Salesforce Contact Center with Amazon Connect
Use the Salesforce Contact Center with Amazon Connect (SCC-AC) to configure the latest
Amazon Connect features for your Salesforce org. To access SCC-AC, install the managed package.
To install the managed package, you must have an Amazon contact center version 16.0 or later.
Required Editions
This article applies to:
Salesforce Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect
Install the managed package from the Salesforce Voice Setup page.
When the installation is complete, click Configure to configure the latest Amazon Connect
features.
If the managed package installation fails, contact Salesforce Customer Support. If any
feature configuration in SCC-AC with Amazon Connect fails, contact the AWS support team.
