Manage Your Contact Center in Amazon Connect
Quickly access the Amazon Connect settings page for your contact center. To log in to Amazon Connect, you need the username and password for your Amazon Connect instance.
Dissociate Voice Call Recordings from Voice Call Records
Keep your Voice Call record pages tidy by disconnecting voice call recordings you no longer need from their associated voice calls.
Delete Voice Call Customer Data
Delete customers’ personal identifiable information (PII) from your Salesforce Voice (formerly Service Cloud Voice) contact center.
