          Before turning ON Voice, you must configure the Identity Provider.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To enable Identity Provider: Manage Identity Provider

          Applies to these telephony models.

          • Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect
          • Service Cloud Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect
          • Service Cloud Voice with Partner Telephony
          Note
          Note If you enable the Identity Provider, you cannot disable the Identity Provider. However, you can create new certificates.
          1. In the Setup page, search for Identity in the Quick Find box, and select Identity Provider.
          2. Click Enable Identity Provider option twice.
          3. Salesforce automatically generates a self-signed certificate. If not, create a new certificate.
          4. Save your changes.
