The Telephony Usage report provides a breakdown of telephony usage and costs for each
phone number per day. The report includes the usage and costs for the last 3 months for which the
invoice is generated. This report isn’t available in the standard reports that you can customize
and create for Salesforce Voice (formerly Service Cloud Voice).
To generate the report, click Generate Telephony Usage Report on the
Amazon Contact Centers page.
After the report is generated, you receive an email with the report attached. The report is in
CSV format.
There’s no option to filter the report by date, month, or year.
