            Define Assessment Categories

            Create picklist values to group your evaluation questions into logical sections. These section names will also appear in the preconfigured reports on quality scores.

            Required Editions

            Supported Editions for Workforce Engagement Management
            User Permissions Needed
            To create custom picklist values: Quality Manager
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager, and select Assessment Question.
            2. Click Fields & Relationships, and then select Category.
            3. Click New and enter category labels such as professionalism, compliance, and script adherence with each label on a new line.
            4. Save your changes.
