            Enable Intraday Management and Real-Time Adherence

            Activate the Intraday Management dashboard and real-time adherence.

            Required Editions

            1. From Setup, enter Workforce Engagement in the Quick Find box, then select Workforce Engagement.
            2. Turn on the Turn on Workforce Management toggle.
            3. Select Turn on Workforce Engagement and Show historical adherence metrics.
            4. In the Install Apps section, click Manage App next to Install the Workforce Engagement Management app to install or manage the analytics app for workforce dashboards and reports.
