            Adjust Your Workload Data

            Want to clean up your workload to produce a more accurate intelligent forecast? Change, replace, or remove workload data with an adjustment.

            Required Editions

            View supported editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To view, create, edit, and delete a workload: Workforce Engagement Analyst AND Workforce Engagement Planner
            1. From the App Launcher, open Workloads.
            2. Open a workload from the list view.
            3. In the Data Detail View, select the checkbox next to a date, and then click Adjust.
            4. Select an adjustment type:
              • Apply Percentage – Increase or decrease the value by a percentage.
              • Replace Data – Replace the value with a specific number.
              • Skip Data – Exclude the data point entirely.
            5. If you select Apply Percentage or Replace Data, enter the corresponding value.
            6. Optionally, you can enter an adjustment reason.
            7. Click Adjust
            8. Save your changes.
            9. To update your workload, click the Refresh Dashboard icon. This process can take some time.

            After the refresh is complete, the adjustment is reflected in the workload data.

            Note
            Note If you adjust workload data after creating an intelligent forecast, the forecast isn't automatically recalculated. To generate forecast results based on the updated workload data, create a new forecast.

            Existing forecasts display the updated historical workload records. However, the forecasted data continues to reflect the workload data that was used when the forecast was originally created.
