            Export Workload Data

            Export workload data as a CSV file.

            Required Editions

            View supported editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To view, create, edit, and delete a workload: Workforce Engagement Analyst AND Workforce Engagement Planner

            Before exporting, you can use the Queues filter to limit the workload data included in the export.

            Your export can't exceed 40,000 records. If your export reaches this limit, filter your data further, and try the export again.

            Note
            Note Workload data is exported at the hourly aggregation level. Monthly is available only as a visualization option in the dashboard and does not affect the exported data.
            1. From the App Launcher, open Workloads.
            2. Open the workload that you want to export.
            3. Click Export.
            4. Click Export to confirm.

            The CSV file downloads to your default downloads folder.
