Add Export Buttons to the Vendor’s Partner Site

Add Export Buttons to the Vendor’s Partner Site

To let partner users export records from the vendor’s Experience Cloud partner site to the partner’s Salesforce org, vendor admins must add the Export to My CRM button to object list views

          User Permissions Needed
To set up Partner Connect in a vendor org: Customize Application

Though list view button layouts determine what's shown on all of your list views, the Export to My CRM button is blocked from appearing in your Salesforce org. In your partner sites, the button is visible only to users who are assigned the Export Vendor Records to Authorized Partner Org permission. That permission is included in the Partner User Approved for Exporting Records permission set, which we recommend assigning as the last step of vendor setup. That way, partner users can't see the button until you're ready to roll out Partner Connect.

Even if you want partners to export records from multiple partner sites, you're required to add the Export button to each object only one time.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter PRM, and then select Partner Connect for Vendors.
          2. Under Configure, find the Add Export Buttons to Your Partner Sites section.
          3. Add the Export to My CRM button to the object list views for the objects you’re integrating with your partner. If you’re integrating leads, go to the layout for Lead. If you’re integrating opportunities, go to the layout for Opportunity.
          4. From the List View Button Layout page, select Export to My CRM, then click Save.
          5. Repeat steps 2–4 for every object you chose to integrate.

After adding the export button to your partner site, you're ready to invite a partner company to connect with your org.
