          Setting Up More Enhanced List View Features for Partners

          Salesforce admins can enable more Contact Intelligence, Lead Intelligence, and Pipeline Inspection features for partners by assigning add-on licenses and giving partners access to more objects. Learn which features are supported and how to complete the setup for each.

          Available for partners in Experience Cloud Aura sites, accessed through Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. A PRM add-on license is required for each partner user.

          To give partners access to these features, you must also complete basic Contact Intelligence, Lead Intelligence, and Pipeline Inspection setup requirements. Requirements include assigning corresponding permission sets to partners and verifying whether the Enhanced List View component must be added to your Experience Cloud site.

          Partners can set the Owner quick filter to the My Teams option (all views) or My Opportunity Teams and My Team's Opportunities (Pipeline Inspection view only) to see records assigned to other partners. Partners can see records of others who fall below them in the External Account Hierarchy of their Experience Cloud site for objects to which they have access. Set up an External Account Hierarchy for your Experience Cloud site.
          View events and tasks

          When partners open the side panel on a record they see events and tasks that are assigned to them in the record’s activity timeline. Assign the Access Activities permission to partners.
          Create and edit events related to the opportunity

          When partners open the side panel on a record, the Activities tab shows the Log Activity button, which lets partners create an event related to the record. Partners can also edit related events on the record’s activity timeline from the action menu for each event. Assign the Edit Events permissions to partners.
          Send emails related to the opportunity

          When partners open the side panel on a record, the Send Email button becomes available. Partners can also view or delete logged email on the record’s activity timeline from the emails action menu. Assign the Send Emails and Edit Events permissions to partners.
          Log calls, create tasks, and edit tasks related to the opportunity

          When partners open the side panel on a record, the Activities tab shows the Log Activity button, which lets partners log a call or create a task related to the record. Partners can also edit logged calls and tasks on the record’s activity timeline from the action menu for each call and task. Assign the Access Activities permission and the Edit Tasks permission to partners.

          Partners can filter their record view based on Created Date and Owner. Assign the Create and Customize List Views permission to partners.
          Last 7 Days or Last 30 Days activity filters

          When partners open the side panel on a record, the Activities tab shows a filter for viewing activities that occurred in the last week versus the last month. Assign the Sales Cloud Einstein for Partners permission set and the Access Activities permission to partners.
          Einstein Opportunity Score Pipeline Inspection When partners open the side panel on an opportunity, they see an Opportunity Score insight. Assign the Sales Cloud Einstein for Partners permission set to partners. Turn on Einstein Opportunity Scoring from the Einstein Opportunity Scoring page in Setup.
          Opportunity Closing Likelihood Pipeline Inspection When partners open the side panel on an opportunity, the Insights tab shows insights about deal progression and sales activities. Assign the Sales Cloud Einstein for Partners permission set to partners. First turn on Einstein Opportunity Scoring from the Einstein Opportunity Scoring page in Setup. Then turn on Opportunity Closing Likelihood from the Pipeline Inspection Setup page in Setup.
          Close Date Predictions Pipeline Inspection When partners open the side panel on an opportunity, they see metrics for Days to Close, Days in Stage, and Push Count. On the Insights tab, partners see more close date prediction insights. Turn on Close Date Predictions from the Pipeline Inspection Setup page in Setup.
          Service Cases Pipeline Inspection When partners open the side panel on an opportunity, the Insights tab shows any related service cases that can affect the opportunity progress. Assign Read access to partners for the Case object. Turn on Service Cases from the Pipeline Inspection Setup page in Setup.
          Edit the Next Step field on opportunities Pipeline Inspection When partners open the side panel on an opportunity, the Activities tab shows the Edit Next Step button. Assign the Access Activities permission and Edit access on the Opportunity object.
