Enable or disable the Error Console for your users. The console collects warnings and
non-fatal errors so you can see them when it’s convenient, instead of being an interruption. The
Error Console setting applies to all users of your org.

Customize Application
Salesforce recommends enabling the Error Console in all orgs. When you know how to use it,
it’s a better experience for all users.
From Setup, enter User Interface in the Quick Find box, then select
User Interface.
Select Use Error Console for error reporting in Lightning Experience
in the Advanced section.
To disable the Error Console, deselect this setting.
