To specify the records and files that you want to archive, add an object to your Legacy
Salesforce Archive policy. While configuring the object, you determine which records to process,
how to handle related files and attachments, and which related objects to archive in addition to
the primary object.

Unlimited Editions. Requires the Salesforce Archive license.

To configure an object, complete these tasks.
Identify Object Records that You Want to Archive Select an object and apply filter conditions. You can archive records that meet any condition, all conditions, or a custom set of conditions in Legacy Salesforce Archive.
