Image Limitation for Archive Content Notes
Content Notes that contain embedded images can't be archived in the Archive app.
When you add an image to a Content Note, the image is stored in a special file type (.snote) and hosted at an internal URL that isn't accessible through the API. Because the file can't be retrieved externally, archiving or deleting the note permanently removes the image.
To avoid data loss, we currently exclude Content Notes with embedded images from the archive process. We plan to enable archiving for these records when Salesforce provides access to image files via the API.
