          Archive Dashboard (Home Tab)

          The Archive app dashboard under Home provides a comprehensive overview of your data, file storage, and other essential metrics.

          Dashboard Sections (Monitoring & Usage)

          These sections provide a real-time view of your data and file storage consumption, focusing on both current and archived records.

          Note The numbers on the dashboard home page are approximate and designed for scale assessment. Discrepancies with exported data are normal. For exact counts, refer to the exported data.
          Section Description
          Salesforce Used Data Storage

          The percentage of your data storage limit that's being used. Data storage is consumed primarily by records, such as Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and custom objects.

          To go to the detailed Salesforce Storage Usage page, click Salesforce Storage Usage in Storage Summary.

          Objects in the Recycle Bin aren't included in the count.

          Salesforce Used File Storage

          The percentage of your file storage limit that is currently being used. File storage is consumed by attachments.

          Current Data Storage Usage

          The current, active data storage consumption by specific object type.

          • Object Type: The specific standard and custom objects consuming data storage, such as Lead, Account, Case, and Contract.
          • Salesforce Records: The number of currently active records for that object type.
          • Archived Records: The number of records that have been archived for that object type.
          Current File Storage Usage

          The current, active file storage consumption by specific object type.

          • Object Type: The specific standard and custom objects consuming data storage, such as Lead, Account, Case, and Contract.
          • Salesforce Records: The number of currently active records for that object type.
          • Archived Records: The number of records that have been archived for that object type.
          Total Archived Records Storage & File Timelines (Last 6 months)

          A timeline of what’s been archived over time according to data and file consumption. The timeline updates every 2 hours and reflects changes due to these events.

          • Right to Be Forgotten (RTBF)
          • Unarchive
          Archive API Usage (Last 30 Days) This component has been retired. Your org has a daily limit of 100,000,000 API calls per org.
          Archived Records (Last 6 Months) This graph shows the weekly count of archived records over the last 6 months. This graph is updated every 2 hours and shows Archive activities, excluding subtracted events.
          Recent Active Policies (Up to 6) The most recent policies in real time, keeping you informed about the latest changes and updates.

          Feature Access Points (Top Navigation)

          Feature Description
          Storage Analyzer Access a detailed breakdown and analysis of your Salesforce data and file storage.
          Legal Hold Requests Opens the Legal Hold Request Report page, providing insights into legal hold requests.
          Field Level Security (FLS) Report Generate a report detailing the FLS settings across your objects.
          Settings Opens the Archive Settings window so that you can configure options for the app.
          Import Opens the Import Data window.
          Export Opens the Export Data window so that you can export your data.
          Refresh Refreshes the page to make sure that you have the latest data.
