Export Archive Search Results

Set criteria to find target archived records in the Archive app and export the search results. You can download these search results as a CSV file.

Perform a search from the Archive Search tab.
Click the Settings icon and select Export Search Results.
You can export up to 2 million records.
Note A success message appears, acknowledging the export request. There may be a delay before the job appears as active in Archive Activities. The length of this delay depends on the number of records being exported. The process can take up to 30 minutes to complete, depending on the number of requests in the system.
Download the exported file from the Activities tab.
To repeat or retry the download, click the link in the Activities tab.

Download Limitations

The file size is limited by what can be transferred within 15 minutes, typically up to 5 GB on standard internet connections.
For files larger than 5 GB, we recommend exporting to an AWS S3 bucket.
Note Only relevant for archived files.
If a download stops due to a timeout, click Resume to continue the download.
Note The download remains resumable for up to 15 minutes after the timeout, after which you're required to restart the download.
The download process is limited to 15 minutes.
