          Configure Files and Attachments for Archived Records in Legacy Salesforce Archive

          Select what happens to files and attachments when their associated records become archived in Legacy Salesforce Archive.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Developer, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions. Requires the Salesforce Archive license.
          User Permissions Needed
          To create, edit, and schedule Archive Policies: Manage Archive Policies
          Note
          Note This content relates to Legacy Salesforce Archive. Read about the Archive managed package in Own from Salesforce.
          1. In the File Management section, select an option.
            • Keep All Files preserves all related files in your org.
            • Delete Files if Not Shared removes related files that only reference archived records. Files that also reference non-archived records are preserved in your org.
            • Delete All Files removes all related files from your org, regardless of additional references to other records.
          2. Click Next.

            Note The option to include related files and attachments in the archive is still in development.

          You're ready to add related objects to your Archive Policy.
