          Grant Access to the Archive Widget in Experience Cloud

          To access the Archive app widget in Experience Cloud, assign users the appropriate permission set.

          1. Go to Setup.
          2. Search for Permission Sets.
          3. Clone the Archive View Archived Records permission set.
          4. In the cloned permission set, go to Object Settings.
          5. Select Archive Configurations.
          6. Deselect View All under Object Permissions.
          7. Resolve permission set assignment errors.

            When assigning the cloned permission set, this error can appear: "Can't assign permission set to the user. The user license doesn't allow permissions: View All Policies (Deprecated)."

          Resolve Permission Set Assignment Errors

          1. Identify the object causing the issue: ArchivePolicy.
          2. Edit the cloned permission set and then go to Object Settings.
          3. Remove the View All Data permission from Policies (Deprecated).
          4. Save the changes.
          5. Reattempt assigning the cloned permission set.
