Hyperforce Infrastructure in the Archive App
As the Archive app transitions to Salesforce Hyperforce infrastructure, certain legacy authentication and data handling processes are streamlined or replaced.
Note While the customer's Salesforce environment is on Hyperforce, the Archive app product
operates as a separate service that's still moving through its own Hyperforce migration.
Archive Hyperforce Onboarding UI
The onboarding process for Archive on Hyperforce is more streamlined, leading to changes in the app's setup interface.

Changes to Import and Export
S3 Connectivity
- Status: Not available.
- Direct S3 integration for import and export functionalities is turned off for Hyperforce instances.
- This functionality is on the product roadmap for the Winter ’27 release.
CSV Exports
- The Export button on the homepage for CSV files is deprecated. This legacy algorithm is inefficient for the Hyperforce scale.
- Exports are now performed via the Search function. Exporting from search is the preferred, high-performance method for extracting data.
