Set Up the Archive Widget in the Archive App

Set Up the Archive Widget in the Archive App

Show archived data as related lists within Salesforce. Even though the data has been archived and is no longer stored directly in Salesforce, end users can still access and view the data in the familiar Salesforce interface.

These widgets are recommended for customization.

          • Archive Single Objects: To select one archived related object for customized display, use the predefined Archive Single Objects widget. The Parent Details page provides a customized view of the archived records.
          • Archive Multiple Objects: To select up to 10 archived related objects and configure the order in which they appear, use the predefined Archive Multiple Objects widget. All records of a specific archived related object appear in a collapsible widget. The first three selected objects are expanded as a default view.
          Note
Note Adding a Visualforce page to show custom widgets is no longer supported in Salesforce Classic.
