            Configure Your Backup Retention Policy

            Choose how long to retain your backups.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with the Backup & Recover Data and Backup & Recover Files add-on licenses
            1. In Salesforce Backup & Recover Next, click the Settings tab.
            2. From the navigation bar on the left, click Retention.
            3. Select the number of years to retain data for each retention period.
