Assign the Salesforce Backup & Recover Next Permissions
Use Backup & Recover Next permissions so that users can run backups, configure
specific settings, and run Backup & Recover Next activities. Assign them to profiles or
permission sets to give your users the specific permissions that they need in Backup & Recover
Next.

To assign permission sets:

View Setup and Configuration
A permission set that grants all the Backup & Recover Next permissions is available for
users. To assign access:
From Setup, in the Quick Find Box, enter Users, and select
Users. Then select the user that you want to grant admin access to
Salesforce Backup & Recover Next.
From Permission Set Assignments, click Edit Assignments.
Under Available Permission Sets, select BackupRecoverSuperAdmin,
click Add and then save.
These permissions are only available with Salesforce Backup & Recover Next.
