            Grant User Access to Data Detect

            Give users access to all policy actions, such as editing policies or viewing all records related to a Data Detect job session.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the Salesforce Shield or Data Detect Licenses.
            User Permissions Needed
            To assign permission sets Assign permission sets AND View Setup and Configuration
            In system permissions Enable Manage user access to Data detect

            Grant access to Data Detect by configuring a permission set and assigning it to your users.

            1. Create a new permission set, or edit an existing permission set.
            2. In System Permission, enable Manage user access to Data detect feature. Remember to save your changes.
            3. Assign the permission set to your users as needed.
