            Create a Data Cloud Salesforce Connection

            Connect to Data Cloud to leverage its analytics, segmentation, and personalized customer experiences.

            If you don't have an existing connection between your org and Data Cloud, create a new connection. This connection is fundamental for enabling the continuous and efficient transfer of relevant data.

            1. On the Proactive Asset Service setup page, click Connect for the Create the Data Cloud Salesforce Connection step.
            2. Ensure you have a Salesforce connection. If you don’t, click New and then click Connect for the Salesforce org.

            Your Salesforce org is now connected as a data source.
