Install and Enable Proactive Asset Service Intelligence

After data is ingested into Data Cloud and CRM Analytics is enabled, you’re ready to install Proactive Asset Service.

1. On the Proactive Asset Service Setup page, click Install for the Install and Enable Proactive Asset Service step.
   Proactive Asset Service checks whether your org includes the data and settings to transform the data model objects and create the dashboards and components. If you receive an error message, follow the instructions and then restart the installation process.
2. When the readiness checks are completed, click Next.
3. Complete the Proactive Asset Service installation.
   • Select Scheduled and choose which hours and days to refresh Proactive Asset Service.
   • To ensure that Proactive Asset Service has up-to-date data, add a refresh schedule.
   • Leave the log level as is, unless you require more information about the Proactive Asset Service installation.
   • Give your instance a unique, easily recognizable name.
4. Click Next.
   The install of Proactive Asset Service can take a few minutes. To check the status, go to the App Install History page in Setup.

   From the Setup menu, installed versions of Proactive Asset Service display as separate tabs. To view details about the app installation, select an app tab. The app details include the installation status, a list of installation events, and the tasks for each event. You can schedule app refreshes or refresh manually and see details of all the installed app resources like dashboards and data transforms.

   The Proactive Asset Service apps are listed as a tab in the Setup page after successful installation. App resources include the Asset Health Score dashboard and its components.
