Click Enable on this step to automatically activate a suite of essential Service Cloud features. Some features may not be immediately required for your specific implementation, but they're necessary prerequisites for the overall service functionality. These features include Email Drafts, Email-to-Case, Omni-Channel, Skills-based Routing, and Surveys.
