Select who can use the Proactive Asset Service.

The Tableau Next Limited Consumer permission set and Data Cloud Admin permission set are assigned to users of Proactive Asset Service.

• The Tableau Next Limited Consumer permission set grants users the necessary access to consume data and insights generated by Tableau, which is integral for monitoring and understanding asset performance. It allows for informed decision-making regarding proactive maintenance and service.
• The Data Cloud Admin permission set empowers users with the administrative capabilities required to manage and configure the underlying data infrastructure within the Data Cloud. It includes managing data sources, ensuring data quality, and setting up the necessary data pipelines that feed into the Proactive Asset Service functionalities.

This dual assignment ensures that key personnel can effectively oversee, analyze, and optimize the proactive management of assets, contributing to improved operational efficiency and reduced downtime.
