Agentforce for Loyalty Management

Marketing managers can leverage the power of Agentforce to efficiently manage everyday tasks related to the company's loyalty programs and promotions. Customers can use Agentforce to self-serve and resolve their promotion-related queries without contacting a customer service representative.

• Subagents for Loyalty Management
  Marketing managers can use Agentforce to efficiently create and update promotions with Accrual and Spend X templates. Agentforce in self-service channels empowers customers to easily retrieve details about their profile and eligibility for loyalty promotions. The subagents are available in the Agentforce (Default) agent.
• Set Up Agentforce
  Admins must set up Einstein Generative AI and Agentforce to enable marketing managers and other users to work with the standard Agentforce assets provided by Loyalty Management.
• Assign Loyalty Users Permissions to Work with Agentforce
  Assign marketing managers and other users the permission they require to create promotions using Agentforce.
