          Manage External Client App OAuth Usage

          The External Client Apps OAuth Usage page displays information about external client apps for the current org, all users for a specific external client app, and all tokens for a specific user. These apps have an active access or refresh token. From this page, you can revoke a specific token, all tokens for a user of a specific external client app, or all tokens of a specific external client app.

          Available in: Professional, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To revoke tokens View all External Client Apps, view their settings, and edit their policies
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter External Client Apps, and then select OAuth Usage.
            The resulting list can be long because it contains all external client apps that are available to your users.
          2. To open the detail page for an external client app, click the name of the app.
            From the detail page, to manage the app’s access policies, go to the Policies tab and click Edit. To configure settings, click the Settings tab.
          3. To see information about users, click the user count number to open the External Client Apps Usage by User page.
            User information includes:
            • When they first used the app
            • The time of their most recent use of the app
            • The total number of times they’ve used the app
            From this page, to end a user’s access to the current session, then click Revoke. To end sessions for more than one user at a time, select the users and then click Bulk Revoke.
