Administrators can view the Training Class History from Setup.
After taking a live training class, users must submit the online training feedback form to have their training attendance recorded in the training history. If you don’t see this link under Manage Users, your organization has been migrated to a new system. You need to be a Help & Training Admin to access the training reports via My Cases in Help & Training. Contact Salesforce if you don't have this access.
