Hide the userProfile Node in Omniscript Preview

Hide the userProfile Node in Omniscript Preview

To improve the performance of Omniscript previews, you can hide the userProfile node. This helps previews load faster, especially for larger Omniscripts.

In Salesforce Setup, type Omni Interaction Configuration in the Quick Find box and then click Omni Interaction Configuration.
Click New Omni Interaction Configuration.
In the Label field, type SkipUserProfileOnOSLoad.
In the Value field, type true.
Save.
