Omnistudio Usage
Omnistudio usage is governed by the consumption of Omnistudio calls. Understand how different activities and components contribute to your usage to better manage your org’s entitlements.
To see the number of Omnistudio calls that you used up, check the Usage-Based Entitlements setup configuration. See View Your Salesforce Org’s Usage-Based Entitlements.
Omnistudio Call Definition
An Omnistudio call is the primary unit of consumption. Usage is tracked at the org level and resets monthly based on your contract terms.
| Usage Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Omniscript invocation | One invocation of a parent Omniscript counts as one (1) Omnistudio call. |
| Child components | Invocations of child Omniscripts within a parent Omniscript do not count toward your usage. Only the parent execution is recorded. |
| Data and UI components | The execution of Flexcards, Data Mappers, or Integration Procedures does not consume Omnistudio calls. |
Monthly Entitlements by Edition
Access to Omnistudio is included with most Industry Cloud Base SKUs. Your monthly allowance of Omnistudio calls depends on your Salesforce edition:
| Industry Cloud Edition | Included Monthly Omnistudio Calls (per Org) |
|---|---|
| Enterprise Edition (EE) | 100,000 |
| Unlimited (UE) or Performance (PE) Edition | 1,000,000 |
Scaling Your Consumption
If your business needs exceed the standard monthly allocation, you can purchase additional capacity in fixed increments:
-
Add-on names:
-
Omnistudio Designer
-
Omnistudio Runtime
-
Omnistudio Runtime for Communities
-
-
Capacity: Adds 200,000 calls per month to your org-wide entitlement.

Administrators can monitor real-time consumption and remaining balances directly within the Salesforce platform.
