          Event Log Objects Analytics

          The new suite of analytic dashboards provide deep, actionable insights across the three critical sectors of an organization: Platform Performance, Data Security, and User Adoption. By providing unprecedented visibility into org activities, users can shift from reactive problem-solving to proactive platform management.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Salesforce Classic (not available in all orgs), and Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions.
          Requires Salesforce Shield or Salesforce Event Monitoring add-on subscriptions.

          Enabling Event Log Objects Analytics involves a few key configuration steps to grant the necessary permissions and deploy the templated app within Analytics Studio. Perform the following:

          1. Assign the Event Monitoring User permission set.
          2. Assign the Event Monitoring Analytics Admin or Event Monitoring Analytics User permission set license.
          3. Make sure that Analytics Studio is enabled.
          4. Go to Analytics Studio. On the Home Page, click Create, and then click App.
          5. Search for and select Event Monitoring Event Log Objects Analytics, and then click Continue.
          • Performance & Health Analytics
            These analytic dashboards focus on proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving performance bottlenecks to ensure platform stability. Users can pinpoint specific slow Lightning pages, inefficient Apex code, and problematic API integrations, allowing them to optimize the user experience.
          • Threats & Access Analytics
            This analytics dashboard monitors for threats, such as session hijacking, credential stuffing, high-risk activities, data exfiltration, and authentication patterns. Highlighting these risks and activities allows users to respond quickly to threat incidents and simplify compliance audits.
          • User Behavior & Adoption Analytics
            This analytic dashboard provides deep insight into how users are engaging with an application, which features they use most, where they get stuck, providing valuable data for driving adoption and refining training.
