            Set Up Security Health Check Score Notifications

            Configure who receives weekly notifications if your Health Check score decreases. These alerts keep admins informed without the need for manual monitoring.

            Required Editions

            Note
            Note Effective April 15, 2026, notifications will be enabled by default for System Admins of Production orgs. To opt out, manually disable notifications via the Security Health Check settings in Setup.
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            Required User Permissions
            To view Health Check and export custom baselines: View Health Check
            To import custom baselines: Manage Health Check

            You can notify up to 100 recipients, with the flexibility to include all System Administrators or add individual users and email addresses.

            1. From Setup, enter Health Check in the Quick Find box, then select Health Check.
            2. Turn on the Notify all System Admins toggle to send notifications to anyone with a System Administrator profile.
            3. Alternatively, use the Recipients lookup field to add individual users or external email addresses.
            4. Search for and select a user, or type in a full email address for an external recipient.
            5. After you add recipients, a table appears below the field, listing all users and emails that will receive notifications.
            6. Click Save.

            After saving, the notification settings are active. Notifications are sent to the configured recipients whenever the Security Health Check score changes.

            Notifications can be easily managed from Health Check Setup
