Formulas in Setup with Agentforce

Use Agentforce to get help with Salesforce formulas. Create, modify, explain, validate, and fix formulas directly within Setup pages.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 Editions
User Permissions Needed
To use Setup with Agentforce:

The required permissions for Setup with Agentforce. See Grant Permissions to Use Setup with Agentforce.

AND

The required permissions for the task listed in the table.

Formula Considerations

  • When both Einstein for Formulas and Setup with Agentforce are enabled in your org, the Setup with Agentforce formula actions take precedence.
  • All custom objects and these standard objects are supported for creating and modifying formulas.

    • Quotes
  • Spanning relationships (cross-object fields) aren’t supported when creating and modifying formulas.
