Lightning Pages in Setup with Agentforce

Agentforce can create a Lightning page based on the requirements you give it, such as object, page type, required components, and use case. The agent takes the specifications, analyzes them, and proposes the page structure, components, and fields that most closely match them.

Considerations for Lightning Pages in Agentforce

          • Only Lightning record pages for LWC-enabled objects can be created with Setup with Agentforce. Supported objects are Account, Asset, Campaign, Case, Contact, Contract, Lead, Opportunity, Order, Product2, Quote, and custom objects.
          • You can create one Lightning record page per utterance.
          • You can’t update or edit a Lightning page using Agentforce. If the agent's proposed page isn’t quite right, enter a new utterance to ask the agent to propose a new page based on your updated parameters. After the page is created, open it in the Lightning App Builder to update, edit, or activate it.
          • When you create a Lightning page suggested by the agent, the page is assigned the most commonly used template for its type in your org.
          • You can’t apply conditional formatting or visibility rules to components, fields, or dynamic actions when creating a Lightning page via an agent. You can add them to the page later in the Lightning App Builder.
          • You can’t add Record Detail, Record Detail - Mobile, Highlights Panel, or Related Lists components when creating a Lightning page via an agent. However, you can add spanning fields, Dynamic Highlights Panel, and Dynamic Related Lists components.
          • The Setup agent can't generate Lightning pages in an org that has more than 125,000 fields across supported objects.
          • Custom components are added to a generated Lightning page only if the <ai> tag and aiDescription attribute are specified in the component’s .design or .meta-xml file. For more information, see Custom XML Configuration File Elements in the Lightning Web Components Developer Guide, or Aura Component Bundle Design Resources in the Lightning Aura Components Developer Guide.
