          Enable the Health Assessments Agent

          The Health Assessments Agent is an Agentforce-powered AI assistant that helps you interpret and act on your Security Health Review findings directly within Setup.

          Note
          Note Salesforce Foundations is a prerequisite to enable Agentforce and use Agent Builder to activate the agent. Contact your Salesforce account team or refer to Salesforce Foundations Setup for guidance. You must enable Agentforce Agents in your org before you can follow these steps. See Set Up Agentforce Agents for provisioning guidance.
          1. Add the Agent for Setup Agent

            The Agent for Setup is a prerequisite for any agent that runs inside the Setup pages, including the Health Assessments Agent. Add it once per org before creating the Health Assessments Agent.

            1. Click the gear icon in the top-right navigation bar.
            2. Select Setup.
            3. Enter agent in Quick Find.
            4. Click Agentforce Agents under Agentforce Studio.
            5. Click + New Agent in the top-right corner.
            6. Select Agent for Setup in the template gallery.
            7. Step through the wizard and click Create.
            8. Click Activate in the top-right corner of Agentforce Builder.
          2. Open Agentforce Agents
            1. Click the gear icon in the top-right navigation bar.
            2. Select Setup.
            3. Enter agent in Quick Find.
            4. Click Agentforce Agents under Agentforce Studio.
          3. Create a New Agent
            1. Click + New Agent in the top-right corner.
            2. Scroll to and select Health Assessments Agent in the template gallery.
            3. Click Next.
          4. Review Subagents

            Two subagents come pre-configured — no changes needed:

            1. Health Assessments Report Analysis—handles live report analysis, filtering, comparisons, and remediation guidance.
            2. Fallback Topic for Health Assessments—handles general FAQ and product questions.
            3. Click Next.
          5. Customize Your Agent
            1. Review the pre-filled Name, Description, and Role fields.
            2. Update the Company field to reflect your organization (optional).
            3. Click Next.
          6. Select Language and Tone
            1. The default language is English — adjust to match your preference.
            2. The default tone is Casual — adjust to match your preference.
            3. Click Create.
          7. Activate the Agent
            1. You’ll land in the Agentforce Builder.
            2. Review the subagents and configuration.
            3. Click Activate in the top-right corner to publish the agent.
          8. Grant Access to the Agent

            End users can’t invoke the agent until their profile has access.

            1. Go back to Agentforce Agents in Setup, and click Health Assessments Agent.
            2. Open the Agent Access tab.
            3. Click Add in the Profiles with Agent Access tab, and select System Administrator.
            4. Click Save. You’ll see the message “Agent access was added to N profiles.”
          9. Try it Out
            1. Enter health assessments in Quick Find in Setup.
            2. Click Security Health Review under Health Assessments.
            3. Click Analyze Reports — the Health Assessments Agent panel opens on the right.

          Your Health Assessments Agent is now active and ready to analyze your Security Health Review reports.

          Note All the standard actions configured in the Health Assessments Agent can be used at no additional cost and won’t consume the customer’s flex credits.
